About this course

This course is aimed at editors, sound designers and mixers who already know their way around a DAW and want facility-grade Nuendo workflows. Completing Nuendo Fundamentals — or equivalent experience — is strongly recommended.

You will work on licensed scenes from real productions: conforming picture, editing dialogue, designing effects, mixing in surround and immersive formats, and delivering to specification.

What you’ll learn

Run efficient ADR sessions with Nuendo’s dedicated ADR taker and dialogue tools
Design and edit sound effects using the MediaBay, Direct Offline Processing and field recorder workflows
Mix in surround and immersive formats, including renderer setup and downmix strategy
Deliver print masters, stems and IMF/broadcast packages that pass QC first time
